  8. Qualifying a Carrier • Ask carrier for FID / DOT / MC • Carrier is NOT FOUND! Pre-qualifying can save you time: • Does carrier have a $1,000,000 in Auto Liability and a minimum of $100,000 cargo liability insurance? First check if Carrier is already in database: • Carrier needs to Fax qualification packet if carrier has $1M Auto and Satisfactory rating
