Telstra Business Broadband Packages includes: • Static IP address • Business Technical Helpdesk available 24hours, 7 days a week • 10 Business Mail POP mailboxes, including SMTP (Telstra SMTP mail server). • Each mail box comes with 1 primary and 4 alternate email addresses, virus and spam filtering, • 100MB storage. • 1 Domain Name registration and hosted which is provided with the Business Mail POP service. • registration and hosting for 24 months on .au domains and 12 months on non .au domains). • Customer’s are responsible for the renewal of domain names registrations. • Flexibility to upgrade and downgrade speed and usage plans at any time. • Unlimited uploads subject to Reasonable Use Policy. • Excess Data Usage Cap of $300. • Access to CustData (internet performance and management tool) • Choice of optional Telstra Business Broadband Extras

TBB ETHERNET The TBB ETHERNET benefits include: SYMMETRICAL SPEEDS – upload and download at the same rate GUARANTEED BANDWIDTH – Non-contended bandwidth between the customer’s premises and the local exchange, EXCESS USAGE CAP – that limits the amount a customer pays for excess data usage USE OF NEW IMPROVED LINE ENCODING – EFM (Ethernet First Mile) is a more efficient use of bandwidth, enabling applications with small packet sizes. FLEXIBLE SERVICE PLANS-allowing customers to upgrade or downgrade speed and usage optionsat any time without penalty.

TBB ETHERNET product features include • A single static IP address on every service connection (port).  • Additional IP addresses are available on request, if required for networking solutions.  • Business Technical Helpdesk available 24hours, 7 days a week. • An individual, permanently assigned, uncontested connection or “port” on • Telstra’s Australian Internet backbone network. • Telstra will install and manage a Network Terminating Unit.
