First year (2003) results at 13 A+ programs demonstrated increased physical activity Students enjoyed and requested activities, increased participation by students who previously did not participate Group leaders valued ease of implementation, class management techniques, found SPARK activities a positive program enhancement Implemented and funded by HMSA
