  3. Staff and Student Paid twice a month on the 7th and the 22nd. Must fill an electronic time sheet thru Web Time Entry in order to get paid Electronic Time sheets are due according to the Payroll Calendar Payroll Calendar is located on the website. Faculty and Administration Paid once a month on the last business day of the month Payment

  4. Leave Requests-Administrators • All leave requests for Administrators must be submitted to the Payroll Office 5 business days prior to the pay date. • Leave balances are located at the bottom of your payroll advice. • Leave requests can be submitted in advance to the Payroll Department
