Mission Statement CTF HUI MANG assists the Republic of Parang Do (ROP) by providing initial humanitarian assistance / disaster relief in ROP and for ROP refugee camps in the ROK, and in assisting with infrastructure recovery operations in Parang Do until civilian authorities and non-governmental organizations are capable of assuming these missions.

CTF HUI MANG provides planning / C2 for multinational military contributions to Operation CHUN SA Military planners from contributing nations augment CTF NLT 011200 Oct CTF HUI MANG operations in support of civilian government agencies Coordinated / synchronized operations imperative to mission success Concept of Operations

ROK Chairman Intent I intend for CTF HUI MANG to conduct humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations to provide immediate life saving, relieve human suffering caused by the natural disasters in the operational area, conduct emergency infrastructure repair, and turn over mission to competent civil authorities and redeploy at the earliest possible opportunity.

Commander, Coalition Task Force (CCTF) HUI MANG is the supported commander Participating forces to be OPCON or TACON to CCTF HQ CTF Main initially located vicinity Daegu ROK JRAC facilitates joint use of military facilities and provides headquarters facility support National Command Elements from contributing nations provide command (less OPCON) of deployed national forces and provide liaison with CCTF Direct liaison of all supporting elements with CCTF authorized Command Relations
