EMPLOYER TRACKING SYSTEM Access the One-Stop MIS at: services.michworks.org
Referral Protocol • Identify additional business need • Determine appropriate referral organization • MEDC, MRS, CFB, MWA, Other (Vets, Ag Specialist, etc.) • Determine appropriate contact at referral organization • Inform employer • who will be contacting him/her • Identify by position only, if necessary • he/she can expect contact within 2 business days • Inform organization contact of referral
Service Guarantees • Upon receiving a referral • Contact employer within 2 business days • After making contact with employer • Information entered into Employer Tracking System within 5 business days • Service guarantees are familiar to MWA and partner staff – ie. Answer phone calls within 3rd ring. • Staff making referrals will inform the business that they will be contacted within 2 business days. • It is important that information be entered into the Tracking System within 5 days so that • Follow up can be done • MWA and state staff know if there are additional actions that need to be taken.
