GSE GROUP STUDY EXCHANGE

The Global Study Exchange (GSE) program fosters worldwide understanding by connecting young professionals aged 25-40 through educational and vocational experiences. Each year, approximately 500 GSEs are exchanged between international Rotary districts, involving 2,000 individuals. Participants, who are likely to become future Rotarians, engage in both cultural and vocational activities, deepening their understanding of different societies. The program encourages peace and intercultural dialogue while providing valuable professional growth opportunities within the Rotary framework.
