S. Citizens • Not Directly Related to a Rotarian

GSE Program Objectives • Observe vocation abroad • Develop professional and leadership skills • Understand challenges of the global workplace • Learn about a new culture and/or language • Serve communities in which we live • Network with business leaders and host families • Foster lifelong association between Rotary and alumni • Attract people to Rotary who are unfamiliar with our organization

What Team Members Do In The Host Country Exhaust Themselves Make Presentations to Rotary Clubs & Civic Groups Visit Historical Sights and Points of Interest Attend Host District’s Annual Conference Spend Several Vocational Days With Professionals from Your Field Meet Numerous Leaders and Politicos Work on Some Local Club Projects Make Radio, Television, or Public Appearances Engage Excessively in the Five Way Test

  9. What You Can Do to Help • Make room for GSE in your Rotary Club Programs • Refer talented young people you love • Step up to host incoming GSE Team Members • Attend Key Events (GSE Picnic, etc.) • Make RI aware of the importance of this program
