  14. CONCLUSIONS Efficiency is the best component of sustainability. There is no significant trust in efficiency & sustainability within water supply scope. We should talk more about limits than about sustainability. Efficiency is a comprehensive approach to get reliable balance between resources-demands. Efficiency becomes important in water crisis. Temporal efficiency shouldn’t be confused with permanent There is a natural tendency to permanent efficiency. The MAIN SOLUTIONS are appropriate planning.. ..but planning for crisis not planning from crisis. ..clear establishment of environmental limits. ..protocols that integrate operation&planning under principles for efficiency
