To Do List • Read the IAB document • The Industry Advisory Board will evaluate you according to this rubric • Read the document carefully and prepare accordingly to get maximum scores • Any team member should be able to respond to any question about the project regardless of if that question was not on his/her design part. Another member will intervene only after the first team member response, if more detail is required.

  3. OWB • Review the OWB document to refresh how to update your Project Plan

  4. Power Point • Prepare a short PowerPoint presentation about the project • You are not required to present to everybody, but it will help in some cases • Bring at least one Back-up laptop

  5. Posters • Prepare a Poster illustrating the main aspects of your project • Try to make your poster attractive, like a sales poster, but include some technical details as well

  6. On Demonstrations Date • A schedule for the event will be emailed to you

  7. On Demonstrations Date • Dress code to show team identity • Review • Presentations Skills • PowerPoint presentation tips • A member of the IAB will evaluate you • Make sure you have plenty of any supply you need • Fully Charged Rechargeable Batteries is a good example • You have only one chance to present
