This is a KT Business • Overcome RECRUITS objections • WHATEVER they say, its only because they are SCARED…. • You have to be able to communicate: • Why a JOB is NOT going to get them what they want: • Controlling of your time, money & life • FORBES magazine – what types of ppl do you see • (most ppl with no formal education) • The reason why they have their beliefs • Their family values/settings • Bill Gates – what would you think about business ownership, money, a JOB.

This is a KT Business • You have to be able to communicate: • Irrational Fear – I don’t want to drive because I don’t want anyone to hit me. • PRI – you’re going to make me do sales, do presentations, speak in front of people and make phone calls. • NO!!! After one meeting you only obtain 10% of what you have heard or seen. How successful would you be trying to close or recruit somebody? No very good. That’s why you don’t do anything. I know 100%. You’re contracting me to work for YOU and do EVERYTHING! You just sit back, WATCH and TAKE NOTES. Now would you sign up for that program?

This is a KT Business • GET TO WORK!!!! • Make phone calls and SET APPOINTMENTS… • How do you find clients??? • BY RECRUITING!!!!!! • That’s how every business works • If you walked into a Real Estate office and said I want to sell houses for you, what would they say? • SURE • Why would they say that? They equate you with clients who are people that you know. They will train and develop you.

This is a KT Business • GET TO WORK!!!! • Get a List from new recruit • Qualify the list (M, HO, K, FT, 25-55) • Anyone on your list who is argumentative • Anyone on your list that is sick, have past major illness • Make phone calls and SET APPOINTMENTS TODAY… • How do you find clients??? • BY RECRUITING!!!!!! • That’s how every business works • If you walked into a Real Estate office and said I want to sell houses for you, what would they say? • SURE • Why would they say that?
