  2. Anil is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Aten Group. A veteran finance professional, he has over three decades of experience and a solid network in corporate lending, private equity and financial services in India and Southeast Asia.

  3. His expertise includes business building and identifying growth opportunities with structured investment ideas. He combines his passion for people with sharp foresight and provides valuable insights to maximize growth opportunities for the group’s businesses.

  4. Previously, Anil served as the Managing Director of D.E. Shaw & Co India, heading the group's private equity activities in India. He was instrumental in negotiating the widely-publicized JV with Reliance Industries in 2011. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at GE India. In his tenure of 10 years at GE between 1996 -2006, he held several key positions including CEO of GE Commercial Finance - India and South East Asia.
