Starting from a thought, this journey led to building a successful Recruitment & HR Services company, focusing on Indigenous recruitment and retention. Meeting partners who shared values and goals, assistance from mentors and government, and hard work paid off, expanding to multiple locations and gaining contracts. The future involves enhancing Indigenous employment, establishing partnerships, and acquiring international recruitment companies. Join us in making a difference! The Future • Indigenous - Membership of AIMSC • Able to assist companies with their Indigenous Recruitment • Meeting New Clients • Building further relationships • Hoping to increase the number of Indigenous apprentices and trainees • Concentrating on retention rates • Continuing with our volunteering work with assisting Indigenous youth
