Pengurusan Penyelidikan Yang Baik 1 • Pengurusan penyelidikan masa kini memerlukan ‘mindset’ yang berbeza, kerana keberhasilan yang diharapkan oleh negara pada masa kini juga adalah berbeza. • Penyelidik kini perlu mahir bukan sahaja dalam bidang kepakarannya tetapi juga dalam perkara lain seperti pengurusan, komunikasi, kepimpinan, dan hubungan dengan pihak lain.
