  2. Dress code is an approved manner of garments that may be worn. This could apply for; clubbing, school and applying for a job. When applying for a job the dress code is an important factor. . The relevancy is also an important factor, you wouldn't wear a three piece suit applying for a role as the bar man at the local pub. Dress Codes

Working in the media business, dress code still applies it may not be full piece suits and loafers but its not exactly ripped jeans and Nikes. • The image, media staff try and hold is to always to be neat and clean, and always professional. This means tattoos and piercing(excluding earrings) should be covered. • Although you get to stray from wearing suits, for men trousers and a jacket combination can work well, for women pencil skirts and blouse could work well too women tend to have more options from shoes and different trouser type, pending on the office environment it may fall between the lines of formal to smart casual.
