  2. Travel plans • I would leave from the air port Lazio • I would land in the capital Rome • The flight time might be 6-8 hours

  3. Weather • I would travel in early Spring • The weather around Rome would be cloudy with sunny skies • I would bring short sleeve shirts and jeans

  4. Packing • I would also bring a phrase book , swimming equipment, map of Italy, family, and money (Euros)

  5. Type of money • The type of money in Italy is called Euros • The amount to make up one dollar in Euros is 1.2 dollars • I would bring 1000 dollars or more

  6. Cities and towns • I would like to visit Venice, Rome, and Catania • I would like to visit Venice of its water streets and boat rides, Rome because of its early morning coffee shops and many people, Catania because of its warm weather and location (Sicily)

  7. Food • Taormina rusted cookies • Prosciutto ham • Parmesan cheese pasta • Noodle and bean soup • I think the Parmesan cheese pasta sounds best

  8. Famous landmarks • One land mark is the Milan dock tower in the town square of the Piazza del Doumo • Second land mark is the Royal palace located in the Piazza del Doumo • Third is the Piazza del Doumo with the all kind of shops and people

  9. Language • To say hello is Ciao (informal) • To say good bye is Arrivederci /ciao • To say please is Per favore • To say thank you is Grazie

  10. Be careful • Watch out for mountains and active volcanoes • Remember to have a good time in Italy and also be careful!
