  11. Concept and Process • Marketing for RRSP Investors • Negotiate the terms of the investment What do they want? • Transfer of RRSPs to a SDRSP at an approved institution • Fill out institutional paperwork • Lawyer then prepares mortgage and gets pre-approval from institution

  12. Concept and Process • Lawyer sends for registration at Land Titles • Once received, Lawyer requests funds from institution • Investment is paid back as per the agreed upon terms • Find a lawyer that is familiar with this process as challenges occur
