  2. SMALL BUSINESS BREAKOUT • Small Business Breakout, 2-3 p.m., Conference Center Auditorium • Introduce principals and facilitate teaming • Meet with staff members from the RDECOM Small Business Office and the RDECOM Acquisition Center
