  5. ITEMS TO TAKE • Sweater or shawl • 2 pairs of Ihram (men can buy ihram there if they need) • 3 chadars or abas (for women) • A few pairs of clothes • Comfortable walking shoes / slippers • Simple soap (non-scented)

  6. ITEMS TO TAKE • Small flashlight • Pen and notebook to write notes and thoughts with • Sleeping bag • Travel pillow • Plug converter • String bag for haram (Provided by us) • Safety pins

  7. ITEMS TO TAKE • A small bag for Mina and Arafah (Provided by us) • Alarm clock or digital watch • Small Quran • 1 or 2 mohrs • Dua books (including Sahifa Sajjadiyah) • MP3 player / ipod to listen to duas inside haram

  9. On the day of Departure Departures from Gatwick, Heathrow and Birmingham Ensure you arrive at airport 3 hours before departure No documents will be given at airport

  30. Makkah- Daily Programme We will complete the Umra on 6thDhilHijjah After Maghrib we will have a lecture with Sheikh Arif At 22:30 we will have a dua programme in the Haram with Haji Usama

  32. Makkah- Daily Programme On 7thDhilHijjah we will have a session after Dhuhr with ShaikhShomali to cover the Haj logistics After Maghrib we will have a lecture with Sheikh Arif At 22:30 we will have a dua programme in the Haram with Haji Usama

  35. Arafat Depart for Arafat after midnight on Friday 4th November (8thDhilHijjah) Spend the night in tent in Arafat Sleeping bags Tents Simple Soap

  36. Arafat Light breakfast of bread, jam, soft cheese and tea 30 minutes before Dhuhr, ShaikhArif will introduce the day We will pray Dhuhr and then commence Amaal of Arafat

  37. Arafat We will have lunch at about 15:00 The remainder of the day will be left for individual reflection and worship

  38. Muzdalifa Depart for muzdalifa as late as possible Be prepared to walk It will be a rough night

  40. Muzdalifa Women and the elderly/sick will separate from men Don’t get lost No need to collect stones

  41. Eid Walk to Jamaraat- 2-3 hours (men and women) Women will stone at night, and return to the building in aziziya Men will walk after sunrise After stoning, men wait close to Jamarat for qurbani to be completed Halq Women will return to Mina after qurbani for Taqseer

  42. MABEET Choice of mabeet in Mina or a’amal in Haram Stoning on the 11th and 12th Trainers/ shoes for jamaraat

  43. MABEET Iranian tents (25 minute walk to Jmarat) We will have 2 shifts in Mina Maghrib – Midnight Midnight - Sunrise

  44. End of Haj We must be in Mina until 12pm on Tuesday 8th November At 12pm we will leave Mina and the Haj will be over Those that have not completed their Tawaf, Saee and TawafNisa will need to do so

  45. Le Meridien Group Those staying on in Makkah will move to the Le Merdien Hotel in the Haram on Thursday 10th November at 18:00 They will stay here for 6 nights and will be accompanied by ShaikhArif
