This study investigates the activation of pSTAT1 in various cell subtypes (CD16+56-, CD16+56+, and CD16-56+) with different concentrations of IFN-α, ranging from 0 to 10,000 u/ml. Data reveals a dose-dependent increase in pSTAT1 activation levels, measured across multiple samples. The findings contribute to understanding how varying IFN-α levels influence immune cell signaling mechanisms, which is essential for therapeutic applications in immunology and oncology.
