Benefit of RMU Panel • Easy to access • Detailed RO account summery • Tracking of Individual RO accounts • RMU Panel showing Yesterday sales RO Wise • RMU Panel containing list Performing ROs of the Current and Previous Months • Tracking of Inactive /Non Transacting ROs and Suspended ROs • RMU Transaction Details • Export and save different reports of RO on RMU system

  6. RMU Panel Login Process: Login to RMU Panel through URL: http://rmu.oximall.com For Login Enter your RMU ID in User Name For Eg: enter RMU ID as 9999920010 Enter Password & verification code Click Login

  7. Welcome Screen will be displayed as below

  8. RMU Profile In RMU Profile, details of RMU will be displayed • To View RMU profile, click on Profile • RMU can see his profile in next window The Screen will also show Current Balance of RMU

  9. Credit Limit (Assigned Limit) In some cases Oxigen provides Credit limits to its RMUs. • RMU can use this limit when he is short of funds. • Same limit is adjusted when RMU deposits amount in Oxigen’s Account

  10. Product Prices Using this option RMU can check pricing of the products • Click on ‘Product Prices’ option in RMU profile. • Details of the products will appear

  11. Change Password Option This Option will help you to change Password • Click on the “Login Password” option in RMU profile • Enter Old Password, then enter New Password and Re Enter to Confirm New Password • Click Submit • You will receive message that “Your Password has been Reset”

Fund Transfer Password Fund Transfer tab helps RMU to change his Transaction password • Click on Fund Transfer Password Tab • Enter Your Old Password, New password and Reenter your New password • Press Submit • Message will be displayed that your password has been reset ********** ********** **********

  13. My Transactions My Transaction Help RMU to See his Transaction history • Click on My Transactions tab • Now you will be diverted directly to RMU transaction history

  14. TB upload Request RMU can also request for TB upload under Profile tab • Click TB Upload Request • Screen will be displayed asking the details of TB transfer submitted in bank

Retailer If a RMU is logging in to the portal first time, he will be asked to set up a Fund transfer password. • Click on ‘Retailers’ tab • The screen will ask to setup a ‘Fund Transfer Password’ • Enter the password twice following password rule & click ‘Submit’ • A confirmation screen appears Password Rule

Retailer • Retailer tab displays the retailer details like RO ID, Retailer name, pricing , balance/Transaction & RO Mobile no. • RMU can search a retailer by its Name, RO ID or through contact Number Example: Type RO “Yebhi” in RO Name. • Click Search • You will get desired Result in next screen

  22. Quick Search option For Quick Search enter details like RO Name OR RO ID OR Contact number OR Balance OR Mobile no. Example enter RO name “Oxigen” in Quick Search • You will see that out of RO list, “OxigenHONew” retailer will show up. By ClickingSAVE TO DESKTOP(All Associated RO) Icon, you can save all ROs Report to your system

  23. Retailer - Options • RMU can also • See profile of retailer • Get Setup Security Code (New Feature) • Register RO Mobile Number (New Feature)

  24. Retailer - Profile • RO Profile • Click on any RO name like “Accelyst Solutions” under RO Name header • Window showing “Accelyst” Detail will be displayed • Pricing • Click Pricing under Pricing option of respective RO to check product portfolio of respective RO

  25. Retailer – Setup Security Code • Now RMU can get Setup Security code (for terminals) from RMU Panel itself • Click on Retailer

  26. Retailer – Setup Security Code • Click on the Retailer for whom you want to get the security code • For E.g.: click on Afraa Electronics

  32. Retailer – Register RO Mobile Number • Now RMU can register RO Mobile Number (Only for terminal retailers) through RMU Panel • Click on Retailer

  33. Retailer – Register RO Mobile Number • Click on the Retailer whose Mobile Number to be registered • For E.g.: click on “Pat Oxigen Dire”

  35. Retailer – Register RO Mobile Number • Enter Mobile Number of retailer to be registered • Enter OxiCash Password and image code • Click on Register • Mobile Number of the retailer will be registered

  36. Retailer – Register RO Mobile Number • Mobile Number can not be changed if already registered

  37. Balance(Transaction History) • Click Balance to see Balance in ascending/descending Order • Click on any Balance amount to see the transactions done by the RO • Now you can see transaction done by RO

  38. Fund Transfer Process This option is used for transfer funds to all associated ROs • Click on the retailers Tab • Click ‘Transfer Fund’ option parallel to RO Name to transfer Funds. Ex: For Transfer funds to “Yebhi”, Click ‘Transfer Fund ‘ option parallel to it

  39. Continue… • Verify RO code and RO Name in which RMU need to transfer funds • Enter the amount in Credit Amount • Enter amount in Verify Credit Amount • Enter Your Transaction Password • Click GO

  40. Retrieve Password There is an option for Retrieving the Transaction Password in case RMU forgets the transaction password. • Click on “Click Here” for Retrieve Password • Enter Email ID and Click submit • Confirmation message will receive on your system You will receive your Default transaction password on your email id to make transaction successful

  41. RMU will receive mail in below mention format after clicking for Retrieve password Format of Forget Password Mail Dear RMU , Your fund transfer password has been setup successfully. Your Fund Transfer default Password is 564fc548-2 If you did setup your Fund Transfer password, then PLEASE take ACTION NOW, 1.Change your login password for RMU portal now or 2. Call Oxigen customer care (0124 6773300) to report the incident. Thanks & regards, Team Oxigen

  42. RMU Transaction In RMU Transaction option, RMU can view all transaction and extract various transaction report like TB Upload & Fund transfer • Click RMU Transactions option • Choose the ‘Transaction Type’ from the scroll down menu i.e. TB upload & fund transfer • Click on ‘Search’

  43. Continue…. • Details will be displayed By Clicking Excel Icon you can save all ROs Report to your system ( Reports for last 45 days)

  44. RMU Transaction – Block Fund Now RMU can block fund if he has done wrong fund transfer to his retailer • Click RMU Transactions option • Choose the ‘Fund Transfer’ from the scroll down menu • Click on ‘Search’

  48. RMU Transaction – Block Fund • Mention the reason for blocking the Fund • Click on Block • The Fund will be blocked

  49. Fund Transfer Affiliates FTA tab help the RMU to Create and Manage his Fund Transfer agents • Click on FTA • You will be able to see the complete list of FTA placed under you ,with their FTA ID, FTA Name, Mobile No., and total amount collected.

  50. Fund Transfer Affiliates Create FTA • Click on Create FTA • Fill FTA creation Form • Press Add • Message will be displayed that your FTA has been created
