  2. Climate . Summers are warm with a July high of 22.8 °C and low of 14.0 °C But can exceed to 25 °C. on many days. Winters in London are chilly, but rarely below freezing with daytime highs around 5 °C – 8 °C. London's weather is very unpredictable, you could see people carrying an umbrella while wearing sunglasses. Their weather usually consists of Rain and or Sunshine some snowfall, however, is usually seen up to a few times a year.
