Fascia. Remove and reinstall 25’ gutter,remove 25’ of existing fascia and replace with 1x6 PVC. Exterior Door. Remove existing wood exterior door and replace with new 2’6” metal 6 panel door with deadbolt, Trim Interior with 21/4”. Interior Trim.

  1. Fascia • Remove and reinstall 25’ gutter,remove 25’ of existing fascia and replace with 1x6 PVC

  2. Exterior Door • Remove existing wood exterior door and replace with new 2’6” metal 6 panel door with deadbolt, Trim Interior with 21/4”

  3. Interior Trim • Install 100’ 35/8” crown, install 100’ 31/4” base, Trim 6 windows over 100UI, trim 2 single doors one side

  4. Wall • Remove 10’ brick and block load bearing wall, and install 10’ steel beam

  5. Repairs • Replace 6”x6” single pane window, repair two sash cords, remove 2’8x5’2” exterior window trim and replace with 1x6 PVC

  6. Access • Install pull down attic access stairs where none exists

  7. Door • Remove existing 6’0” door and replace with 6’0” Anderson sliding door

  8. Opening • Make new opening in 2x4x8’ interior load bearing wall 6’0” x 6’8” with cased opening

  9. Window Change • Install new 5’0” Andersen Patio Door with brass hardware, at existing 6’0” window with 3’0” window sill, existing exterior wall painted wood siding

  10. Skylight • Install 2’x4’ Velux Fixed skylight in existing drywall cathedral ceiling

  11. Tile • Remove 100 sq ft of existing mud set floor and replace w/ $4.00 per sq ft adv. material thin set tile allowance only, sub labor included in separate line item not an allowance

  12. Door • Install 5’0” solid wood 15 lite Interior French door in existing opening, no change to existing opening, cost of door is 125

  13. Sub • Install new roof 25 yr shingles 2000 sq feet, by sub • Install 45 feet 2x4x8’ exterior wall framing • Install 360 sq ft ½” drywall, by sub • Electric $5000.00, by sub • Vinyl siding, 6” 5000 sq ft, by sub • Use sub mark-up, sell job at 48% GP

  14. Rotten Wood • Remove 25’ 6” corner board and replace with PVC, remove rotten trim boards around 5’4” x 2’6” window and replace with 1x4 PVC

  15. Venting • Vent dryer through frame and brick wall, reset dryer, install exterior wall blower for cook top, vent cook top and set down draft cook top, electric for blower included, reuse existing electric for cook top

  16. New door • Remove existing interior 2’6” door and close opening, install new interior 2’6” solid pine 6 panel door, LH, at NLB wall, location, relocate electrical outlet

  17. Garage Door • Demo 10’ Garage door, close up opening, install new 6 panel 2’6” steel door, new vinyl double 4 siding 250 sq feet, electric to code

  18. Roof Damage • 100 sf 25 year shingles, remove ceiling fan and replace, repair damaged ceiling 100sf, retexture and paint
