What is MyLibraryNYC? • Library Love • Your child can now use one library card both at their school’s library and the public library • Fine Forgiveness • No fines on any books borrowed with the new card and any fines on their old library card will be forgiven • Bigger Borrowing • Access eBooks, audiobooks, DVDs, databases, • and more!

MyLibraryNYC Student Cards • No fines or fees! • No fines on any books at BPL and NYPL for K-12 students at a pilot school (that’s here!) – Queens Library has a “Read Down Your Fines” program • Fines will not carry over from old library cards • Students who had their accounts blocked will now be able to check out materials using their new library cards • Fine print: • Please return any materials still checked out on • the old library card • Borrowing privileges may be suspended if items • are not returned
