Key dates in Alma European Early Adopter programme • February 2011 – Ex Libris launches Alma European EA programme • March/May 2011 – option appraisal for library systems development at Lancaster • 24 May 2011 – Lancaster signs up to Alma EA programme • July 2011 – Formal kick-off of European EA programme • January 2012 – Meeting of European EAs in London to discuss regional prioritisation and scheduling • March 2012 – University of East London begins formal Alma project • 29 June 2012 – Lancaster begins formal Alma implementation project • January 2013 – planned go-live for Alma at Lancaster
