INTIMIDADES Y FACTORES EXTERNOS • Intimidades • Relaciones de pareja no convenientes motivado a que influye en el estado anímico y emocional de las personas involucradas afectando al colectivo. • Personal no capacitado contratado por relaciones de parentesco con autoridades. • Factores externos: • El clima de tensión política pertinaz de los últimos años se ha colado en todas las instituciones incluyendo la universidad y los espacios de trabajo creando incertidumbre en la planificación para el logro de los objetivos planteados.
