  4. EXPECTIONS • Trainees should be punctual • They should be obedient • They should sincere with each other • They should respect their teacher and sincere with their tasks given by the teacher

  5. RULES OF ATTENDANCE • 80 % attendance is mandatory for sitting in the final examination • Reward is given to trainee whose secures 100% attendance e.g.bounus marks,books,hot & cold drinks etc • Rs.10 fine will be charged on each absent. • Late comers will be considered as absent.

  6. PARTICIPATION • Trainees would be encouraged for participation • It can be in any form. • Verbal questions can be asked during lecture • Written test (quizzes) and assignments can be given • Presentation can be conducted.

  7. ASSESSMENT • To improve trainee's capability as well as teacher's, feedback is mandatory. • Assessment can be conducted in tow ways to check the level of trainees 1-Formative Assessment • Oral ( verbal), any question can be asked during lecture, so be attentive • Quizzes • Weakly tests 2-Summative Assessment • Monthly tests • Final examination

  9. HOMEWORK • It is necessary for trainees to remain in touch with study at home • Home work is given to the trainees. • In form of assignments • In form of projects etc
