  4. What is Title I? • Federally funded program • Allocation based on free and reduced lunch(75%) combined with income level (25%) • Provides services to students based on academic need regardless of income level

  5. Who is Eligible for Title I Services? • Targeted Assistance School • Criteria of Eligibility-rank order • Standardized Test Scores • Informal Test Scores • Teacher Recommendation-classroom performance • Other factors • Reading/Math/or Both • Students in K-6 (depending on funding and priority)
