Industrial Parksin Republic of Moldova -Investment opportunities Accessing industrial land, lease and purchase from both types of properties, private and public sector, in Republic of Moldova became possible since 2001. There are two preferential legal regimes for this purpose: • The free economic zones(FEZ Law No. 440, 27.07.2001), • Industrial Parks(IP, Law No 182, 15.07.2010) • Industrial Parks permitto: • reduce the expenses and the period of time needed to launch production activities; • Purchase afferent lands to the construcions on normative price; • receive technical, legal and consultative support in the process of obtaining authorizations, notices, coordinations and other permissive documents • benefit from financial supportfor the creation of technical and production infrastructure; • reduce risksrelated to the economic activity. • reanimate industrial platforms under preferential conditions for local and international investors on equal terms, including the possibility to privatize the land; • create the high added value, workplaces and budget revenues; • create real premises for the industrialization of the country

Namely: Breakdown from state taxes: value added tax on produced goods and provided services in the Industrial Park- 50% of the total volume collected within the Industrial Park from its residents and from the Managing Company VAT exemption on accessories and supplies (gas, water, electricity, heat) as well as repair work and maintenance services; VAT exemptions of investments ofManagement company ofIP in infrastructure and development; The exemption from real estate tax and land tax for theresidents of IP, Creation of a National Fund for the Development of IP (NFDIP) similar to FNDR, FEN, FEE etc.
