White) • Presentation of the new Institutes and vote about • AOB

  2. New MB members • at the previous CB meeting • Enlarged MB reinforcing the presence from 2 underrepresented areas: • America • Japon • Already 2 nominations: • Kondo Gnanvo • Atsuhiko Ochi • More nominations within ~ 1 month (e-mail to promp you) • Electronics elections in the following weeks

  3. NEXT COLLABORATION MEETING • 2 candidacies, both very appealing: • Aveito (Portugal) • Kolkata (India) • Both groups are active in RD51 with important, original contributions • Both proposals prepared with great care • Among the elements to be considered: Kolkata has already proposed in 2012 to host an RD51 Collaboration meeting • A difficult choice  Kolkata chosen by the MB, now endorsement from the CB required
