2. 1. Edit Gmail contact name, phone number and other details Login to your Gmail account on a Windows computer or Mac. Click on the Google Apps icon on the top-right corner of your screen and choose the Contacts option in the Applications menu. On the next screen, select the contact in the left pane. In the right-pane, click the contact you want to edit. On the contact's details screen, click the edit icon. On the next screen, you will be able to edit the contact's name, phone number and other details as required. After editing the contact details, click Save to save the changes.

3. 2. Delete contacts in Gmail If your Gmail is full of unnecessary contacts, you can follow the steps below to remove unwanted contacts from your Gmail account. Login to your Gmail account> click the Google Apps icon and choose Contacts in the Applications menu. On the Contacts screen, select the contact or contacts you want to delete> click the 3-Dots menu icon and choose the Delete option in the drop-down menu. Selected contacts will be deleted from your Gmail account immediately.

4. 3. Add new contacts to Gmail Login to your Gmail account> click the Google Apps icon and choose Contacts in the Applications menu. On the Contacts screen, click on the Create Contact option. On the pop-up, click Create a contact option. On the next screen, enter your contact name, email, phone number and other details. Once you are done, click Save.
