Dress appropriately • Arrive early – before your guests arrive • Start on time / Finish on time • Make sure your cell phone is off • Keep the mood up-beat positive & friendly • Introduce your guest to other IBOs – Mr./Mrs. • Sit with your guests • Remain in your seat throughout the presentation and support the presenter • Don’t interrupt the presenter or ask non-related questions • Introduce guests to Presenter after Presentation – Mr./Mrs. • Ask Presenter Question AFTERall Guests Leave! PBR / In Home Presentation Checklist • Have a sign-in sheet • Serve simple snacks (no alcohol) • Play upbeat music before and immediately after the presentation • Keep the room temperature cool • Minimize distractions (pets, children, etc.) • Have information & documentation available(ACN Opportunity DVDs & Success from Home magazines) Effective Meetings

PBR / In Home Presentation Checklist • Cue DVD • Have a supply of 1-10 presentations, IBO Agreements and Training Flyers to pass out to guests • Understand its normal for less people to show than invited • Don’t apologize for no-shows; focus on the guests who are there and thank them for coming Effective Meetings

Role of a HOST!!! • Welcome Guests: Ask to Turn Off Cell Phones, Hold All Questions Until the End • Do NOT apologize for “no shows” • Edify the speaker by talking about their past, present and future • Sit through the presentation, Take notes, Stay Excited, Participate with Speaker! • Don’t interrupt the speaker • Sort Guests after Presentation Effective Meetings
