  1. What is MATLAB ? • MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical computing. It integrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easy-to-use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation • MATLAB is an interactive system whose basic data elements is an array that does not require dimensioning. This allows you to solve many technical computing problems, especially those with matrix and vector formulations, in a fraction software for matrix computation.

  2. What type of language is MATLAB ? • This is a high-level matrix/ array language with control flow statements, functions, data structures, input/ output, and object-oriented programming features. It allows both programming in the small” to rapidly create quick and dirty throw-away programs.

  3. What is MATLAB and how do you use it ? • MATLAB helps you take yours ideas beyond the desktop. You can run you analyses on larger data sets, and scale up to clusters and clouds. MATLAB code can be integrated with other language, enabling you to deploy algorithms and applications with web enterprise, and production system.

  4. Is Python better than MATLAB ? • Matlab has its advantages too: it has a solid amount of functions. Simulink is a product for which there is no good alternative yet. It might be easier for beginner, because the package include all you need, while python you need to install extra package and an IDE.
