  5. Faculty Retention • provide instructional and technology services & support • partner with other wku support offices • provide training and workshops • provide other resources • WKU Online teaching certificate

Offices we partner with • Information Technology (Academic technology)- Blackboard support- software/technical support & Training • FaCET - faculty center for excellence in teaching- Pedagogical support-workshops & seminars to support faculty excellence in classroom instruction • WKU - student support departments as: - online program services- Academic Advising- Career Services- Admissions- Registrar’s Office- tutoring services
