  2. Journal We basically wanted a recreational center , a soccer field, a park, and a waterslide. We believed that these were the only things that we needed. Not knowing that when you have a park you have to have benches and belchers really changed our plans. We then saw the online calculation sheet. This altered our plans AGAIN! We decided to add benches, a gazebo, things to add to our park, and other items. Yet again our plans changed because we needed 30% of open space which was equivalent to 115 boxes. So we had to cut OUT some things. You wouldn’t believe that putting luxuries into an area is really hard.
