The last date and time for receipt of bids by CNCCC is 10:00a.m.(Beijing Time) on July 25,1995. Bids received after that date and time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00a.m. (Beijing Time) on July 25,1995 at the Negotiation Building of CNCCC.
