  2. University of Nis Alumni strategic goals • To establish a quality improvement system through coordinated contact with alumni • Sustainability of the alumni network • Secure continuous long term of University rankings improvement

  3. Objectives • Establish and grow network between graduate as well as undergraduate students of University of Nis • Promote the alumni network membership among students before as well as after graduation • Positioning University of Nis as the main enabler of the alumni network

Objectives • Develop collaboration between University of Nis and companies, organizations and institutions worldwide • Improve individual potential of each Alumni member: scientific, professional, innovation and business potential • Develop Alumni members mobility, primarily among students • Collaboration on joint projects: research, scientific, innovation and business projects

  5. Environment • Are we globally facing a new reality? • What the new reality looks like? • Will the Alumni network be able to answer the challenge?
