3. Permitted tasks • The following tasks are permitted in private premises: • Cleaning a private home (including windows, washing and ironing, shopping, preparing meals, small sewing jobs, assistance in transporting people with restricted mobility) • Examples of tasks that are not permitted: cleaning a communal stairwell, shop or office, personal care, childcare, gardening, washing cars, etc.

4. System of service vouchers • The payment of cleaning services is permitted by the use of service vouchers • Sodexo (external company which is the main supplier for service vouchers) • A service voucher costs 8,5 euros (30% deductable from taxes) • One hour cleaning service will cost only €5,95 per hour • Service voucher needs to be handed over to the cleaning personal • T-interim will provide insurances, reimburse travel expenses and other extra advantages to the cleaning personnel

System of service vouchers • Registration online by www.titres-services.be • Choice between paper vouchers and electronic vouchers • Transfer to bank account of Sodexo (external organization) • Minimum 10 service vouchers and always a plural of 7,50 euros • Maximum amount of service vouchers per year is 1000 service vouchers per family (new rules since 01/01/2012) • Service voucher is valid for a period of 8 months

Electronic vouchers • After you have registered at Sodexo you will receive a user number and a password. • This will allow you to manage the prestations, have an overview of the available amount of service vouchers,… (website is only available in one our 3 national languages) • Ordering service vouchers • Transfer an amount (plural of 8,50, minimum 10 service vouchers) on one of the accounts of Sodexo • Electronic vouchers after 4 days credited on your account • Paper vouchers after 7 days send by mail
