CLASIFICACIÓN DE LAS EXPRESIONES ALGEBRAICAS SEGÚN SU NATURALEZA Los exponentes de todas las variables son numero enteros no negativos Ejm: -12 EXPRESIONES ALGEBRAICAS RACIONALES ENTERAS E.A.R.E. Existen al menos una variable en el denominador Ejm: EXPRESIONES ALGEBRAICAS RACIONALES FRACCIONARIAS E.A.R.F. Existen al menos una variable afectada por un signo radical o exponente fraccionario Ejm: EXPRESIONES ALGEBRAICAS IRRACIONALES E.A.I.

  5. -12 EXPRESIONES TRASCENDENTES E.T. Son expresiones no algebraicas y tienen otras formas de relacionarse llamadas FUNCIONES NUMÉRICAS, como: logarítmicas, exponenciales, trigonométricas, etc.

  6. MONOMIO GRADO ABSOLUTO: Está dado por la suma de exponentes de las variables del monomio. G.A. :6 + 7 = 13 GRADO RELATIVO: Esta relacionado con el exponente de cada variable GR(x) = 6 GR(y) = 7

  7. POLINOMIO GRADO ABSOLUTO: Es el mayor grado que presentan los términos algebraicos Es el mayor grado con respecto a una variable específica GRADO RELATIVO: Dado el Polinomio – Grado Relativo con respecto a la variable “x” es: 6 – Grado Relativo con respecto a la variable “y” es: 7

  8. GRADO DE LAS OPERACIONES ALGEBRAICAS Grado absoluto: 3+2+4 = 9 Grado absoluto: 5 - 2 = 3 Grado absoluto: 2 × 4 × 3 = 24 Grado absoluto: 6 ÷ 3 = 2

  9. PROPIEDADES DE LA REGLA POLINOMIAL P(1): Suma de coeficientes Sea el polinomio P(x) P(0): Término independiente

DECRECIENTE 0° 1° 4° 2° 3° 5° 5° 5° Se anula para cualquier valor de la variable, ya que sus coeficientes son iguales a cero El grado de todos sus términos van del grado mayor hasta el grado cero CRECIENTE Todos sus términos poseen igual grado absoluto Los exponentes de la variable aumentan o disminuyen término a término

  11. POLINOMIO IDÉNTICOS: Dos o más polinomios en las mismas variables son idénticos, cuando tienen los mismos valores numéricos para cualquier valor que se asigne a sus variables. Ejemplo:Si: P(x)=ax2+bx+c y Q(x)=dx2+ex+f , son Polinomios idénticos, entonces debe cumplirse que: a = d b = e c = f P(x)  Q(x) P y Q se llaman idénticos.

  12. POLINOMIO MÓNICO: Se llamaasí cuando el coeficiente principal es igual a la unidad. Ejemplo: S (x) =x3 + 5x2 7x + 3 POLINOMIO PRIMITIVO: Se llamaasícuando los coeficiente son primos entre si. Ejemplo: POLINOMIO CONSTANTE: Es aquel cuyo grado es igual a CERO, es decir está formado por constantes.Ejemplo: P(x) = 3 Nota:Todo número Real, excepto el CERO se considera polinomio constante.
