Issues • Cultivating new library service models • Collaboration and co-development without a shared services or technology architecture • Maintaining focus in idea- and opportunity-rich environments • Balancing local, consortial, partner, and national needs • Effectively integrating research and development paths • Translating “partnership” into “infrastructure” and/or “sustainable services” • Stretching known processes at all levels
