  2. Jo Lynch • Loved art her entire life, but did not begin painting consistently until the 90’s. She has taken painting classes and workshops all over the world and won several awards. Her favorite medium to work with is watercolor. She donates a portion of her earnings to help various animal shelters and charities.

  4. Criteria • *Painted object is divided into shapes • *Minimum of 3 different painting techniques utilized • *Includes warm and cool colors • *Background is a Pattern • *Creative use of space, design • *Craftsmanship –no pencil lines, minimal white space, neatly painted

  5. Materials • Pencil • Paper • Watercolor paint • Paintbrushes

  6. Process • Create 3 rough drafts based around objects/animals/people/images of interest to you • Conference to choose design • Draw design with pencil • Add paint using a variety of techniques
