  4. Initial Problems -Script order wasn’t efficient -Unnecessary questions -Did not have the ability to save and come back later -Did not coordinate with other organizations to obtain application data

  5. Some of Our Innovations -Reordered questions and created a new script flow -Removed unnecessary or repetitive questions -Added mandatory account creation -Added image choice to login process for added security -Menu on left allows user to easily return to previous pages -Hidden questions are displayed depending on answers to previous questions
