  1. The Ali Mountain Range • The Ali Mountain Range is located in Chiayi County, which is almost near the central part of Taiwan. The highest peak of the Ali Mountain Range is Tower Mountain with the height of 2663 meters(about 8736 feet). Ali Mountain is well known for its five wonders, including the sunrise, the Ali Mountain Forest Railway, the sacred trees, the sea of clouds, and the flamboyant cherry blossom

People watching the rising sun on Zhu Mountain would be touched by the spectacular scene

As you take the train from the bottom to the top, the train would pass through four kinds of forest- of the tropic, subtropical, temperate and frigid zones. The train trip through various ecology of plant can bring you a nourishing spirit. Junipers grows well within the forest area of Ali Mountain. Some of them live more than 2000 years, and some of them are gifted with wondrous shape. As walking in the forest of Ali Mountain, a relaxed and pleasant amusement will permeate through the people living in the city. The sea of clouds and the cherry blossom should not be overlooked. If you want to meet the blossoming season of cherry, an early-spring trip on Ali Mountain will be better.
