Basically, a second-party audit occurs when a pre-existing relationship, such as a customer, performs an audit of a supplier to verify that they are meeting a specific contract requirement. You can conduct these audits on-site by reviewing the supplier's processes or even off-site by reviewing the supplier's documents. Depending on the customer's needs, the contract may be audited in whole or in part. Ibex Systems' experienced auditors can conduct second party audits for your vendor’s processes.
