Procedures: STEP 1 STEP 2 Lift the skin at the middle and lowest portion of the abdomen using the forceps and cut a small slit using either a pair of dissecting scissors or scalpel. From the slit, run the scalpel or dissecting scissors upwards from the slit up to the region below the head.
Procedures: STEP 3 STEP 4 From the lower part of the head, cut the skin sideward above the pectoral region of the frog. Continue cutting the skin dorsally until the skin of the trunk separates from the skin of the head.
Procedures: STEP 5 Cut the skin near the jaw joining the ventral and dorsal sides of the head. Remove the entire skin carefully using forceps and scalpel not separating the skin of the trunk. Wash the skin and the frog.
