This study presents innovative multi-fingered manipulation techniques in virtual reality (VR) using the 3By6 Finger Device. It evaluates the forces and torques exerted by three fingers, applying an accurate dynamic model for multi-fingered grasping. Four distinct VR tasks aimed at rehabilitating upper extremities in stroke patients are explored, demonstrating the potential for VR technologies to enhance recovery outcomes. The results indicate promising avenues for utilizing isometric devices in therapeutic settings.
