Deliever standardized IT-services to UIB Storage, email, calendar, web-related services, computer-network Support on client-administrated computers and network printers Gives user support to employees and students. Computer room support and system support of auditoriums Virus- and email-spam control Backup of data

We give support to network printers only. Equipment older than 5 years.

  14. Auditorier og undervisningsrom Stort sett standardisert utstyr Brukerstøtte varierer(se it.uib.no for oversikt)‏ Gjør deg kjent med forhold og utstyr i rommene du skal bruke!

  15. Innkjøp av datautstyr og programvare UiB har avtaler på alt datautstyr, skrivere o.l. Det skal ikke kjøpes utstyr fra leverandører utenom avtalene! Av driftshensyn standardiseres det på visse modeller Se på innkjøpsveiledning på http://it.uib.no -> innkjøp Søk råd hos IT-avdelingen eller Kontor for innkjøp hvis du er i tvil.
