OFFICE 365 Not accessible – not visible “Read only” – download a copy “Read & write” – change on-line or download for work off-line Work as usual in File Explorer Two option in case of read and write access: Work on-line (just open the file) Work off-line (file is reserved and extracted to your local drive): do not forget to return it!
