Kids Health From Numerous Recipes StrawberrySmoothie 2 ice cubes 1 c. milk 1/3 c. cottage cheese 2/3 c. frozen strawberries 1 1/2 tsp. sugar e2d4r 1 tsp. vanilla extract Directions Pour all of the ingredients into a blender. Put the lid on the blender and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy You should try this recipe because is healthy and good at the same time just imagine fresh delicious strawberry smoothie with a bunch of tasty strawberries .

Add onions and garlic and sauté until tender. Add ginger , curry powder , and tomatoes stirring until mixture is slightly thicken. Add salt, rosemary, thyme, and beans. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Kids Health from Numerous Recipes Strawberry bars 1 c. flour 1 c. rolled oats ½ c. butter or margarine, softened 1/3 c. light brown sugar ¼ tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt ¾ c. strawberry jam Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C). In a large bowl, mix everything together except the strawberry jam. Measure out 2 cups of this mixture. Leave the rest in the bowl, and set it aside. Take the 2 cups of the mixture and press it into the bottom of a square (8" x 8") pan coated with shortening or nonstick spray. You can use your hands or a spoon. Make sure you cover the entire bottom of the pan! Using a large spoon, spread the strawberry jam on top of the mixture in the pan. Spread it evenly all over. Take the mixture that was left in the bowl, and spread it over the strawberry jam. Press it down lightly. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes. Cut the bars into 12 squares to eat and share! Try this because is has tasty strawberries and brown sugar is a tasty bar. Try it!
