VI – 6 - 18 • foll. FI - > 35 • Optimum endometrial parameters: • Endometrial volume > 5cc • Endo. FI > 40 • Endo. VFI > 20 Method: Randomized study of 500 Superovulation with IUI cycles was done. HCG was given for ovulation trigger when follicle and endometrium appeared mature by 2D and CD parameters. 3D and 3D PD of follicle and endometrium was done for all patients. Foll.VI Foll FIEndo Vol.Endo. FIEndo VFI Conclusion : If these 3DPD pre HCG parameters are added to the 2D, CD and Pulse doppler indices, would help assessing the maturity of follicle and endometrium and pregnancy rates can be improved.
